About Glagla Hawaii

The moment diners step inside Glagla Hawaii, there’s a sense of casual ease blended with island charm. Bright wood accents and playful decor evoke a subtle Hawaiian vibe without overwhelming the senses. Snippets of conversation mix with soft background melodies, contributing to an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and inviting. Patrons browsing through Glagla Hawaii photos online might note that the space manages to be both intimate and open, perfect for either a quiet meal or a small group gathering. While the environment doesn’t stray far from a familiar casual dining feel, it complements the culinary theme well and sets the stage for what’s to come.

A look at the Glagla Hawaii menu reveals a well-curated selection of authentic Hawaiian-inspired dishes, though with some creative flexibility. The poke bowls are a particular highlight—fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully balanced, showcasing quality ingredients without resorting to overcomplication. Other offerings, such as the kalua pork or loco moco, arrive with generous portions, though certain dishes might lean toward milder seasoning than expected for those seeking bold island flavors. This moderated approach may not satisfy every craving for tropical spice, but it appeals broadly to diverse palates. Reviews from repeat visitors suggest consistency in preparation, and the value seems fair when balanced against the quality and portion sizes.

Efficiency in service tends to vary, sometimes marked by attentive, friendly staff, at other moments by noticeably slower table turnover during busier times. This inconsistency could reflect the restaurant’s attempt to maintain a relaxed pace rather than rushed dining, yet it occasionally tests patience amid growing crowds. Notably, the overall experience leaves an impression that extends beyond food—regular diners searching for Glagla Hawaii reviews often comment on the welcoming, unpretentious nature of the place. While it may not embody every hallmark of a perfect Hawaiian escape, it stands as a credible and pleasant option for those exploring this niche cuisine in South Korea’s Jeju region.

So many good things about this place! The service was fantastic, they have Magners cider on tap, and the food was delicious. We got the garlic shrimp with rice and a poke bowl to share and were sad when it finished (so good!). We didn't even order their most popular dish: the seafood boil. Everyone around us was set up with the plastic table covering and mallets to thoroughly enjoy their seafood feast!

Came here for dinner. We ordered fish burgers and Johndory. All the fish and fish fingers were fried to perfection. The bun is soft and sauce was good. The johndory was nicely done too. Love the fries. There were thick and soft with a crunchy crust from the frying. We ordered the apple pie. The pie crust was a little tough and filling not to our liking. Otherwise the mains were really good. Staff that took our orders was very friendly and courteous too.

A nice restaurant that is beside the sea. Parking is near the restaurant. The fish burger and the johndory fish and chips are very good. The fries are nicely done- crispy on the outside and warm and mushy in the inside. There is English menu and the waitress speaks English. The apple pie is just average though.

After reading the amazing reviews we had to try Glagla Hawaii. There was a review that said they came here 3 out of the 5 nights they stayed on Jeju. I completely understand why. We had the John Dory and chips and the hairtail and chips. Our meal was incredible. It started with their passion fruit ade that was recommended by our waiter. It’s made in house and was very refreshing. Then our food was brought out and it looked terrific. It tasted as amazing as it looked. We loved it so much we ordered dessert. The service was fantastic and knowing how much care and fresh ingredients are put into every dish really made the meal. I absolutely recommend visiting Glagla Hawaii for amazing fresh ingredients, food and service.

5 star service, speaks English Fish burger was great. The fish is good and the burger bun was so buttery and fluffy. Hairtail fish and chips is amazing. Just try. Great chips as well. The green tangerine ade is another callout if you like your ade with a hint of bitter. Would like to come back. You won't break your bank here.

Cozy little restaurant overlooking the pier. Ambience is very pleasant and endearing. Must try: hotwings, tacos, shrimps. I'm sure the rest are tasty too.

This was an all around great experience. The fish and chips were amazing. The fries had great seasoning and the fish was crunchy and flaky. The service was very friendly and I recommend this place.
